How far in advance should I book Du Jour Events?+

For large-scale productions (1,000+ guests, concerts, award galas), we recommend a minimum of 3–6 months. For corporate meetings and mid-size activations, 6–8 weeks is typically sufficient. The earlier you engage us, the more creative latitude we have to deliver something exceptional.

What is your minimum budget for an event?+

We work across a wide range of budgets, but our sweet spot is events where quality and impact matter. We are happy to discuss what is achievable at your budget during an initial consultation — there is no obligation and no judgment.

Do you handle events outside Lagos / outside Nigeria?+

Yes. While Lagos is our base, we have produced events across Nigeria and have the network and logistics capability to deliver internationally. Contact us with your location and we will advise on feasibility.

What types of events do you specialise in?+

Our four pillars are: Experiential Event Planning, Event Management, Event Production, and Corporate Brand Experiences. This covers everything from intimate VIP dinners and product launches to large-scale concerts, awards galas, and national brand activations.

Do you provide full production (staging, AV, lighting)?+

Yes — production is a core competency, not a subcontracted afterthought. We own the production layer including staging, audio-visual, lighting, LED walls, set design, and special effects. This means quality control and no unnecessary markup.

How does the planning process work?+

It begins with a brief — tell us your objective, audience, date, and budget. From there we develop a concept, present it to you, refine, and then execute with military precision. You have a dedicated point of contact throughout.

Can you manage guest registration and VIP coordination?+

Absolutely. Guest management, RSVP systems, accreditation, VIP handling, and on-the-night coordination are all part of our event management service.

Do you offer post-event reporting and analytics?+

Yes. After every event we provide a post-event report covering attendance, timeline adherence, budget reconciliation, and qualitative feedback. For brand activations we can also include social metrics and engagement data.
